Built Different
Most GovCon consultants teach theory. We build the actual documents, strategies, and plans you need to win. Here is what that looks like and why it matters.
What Sets Us Apart
01
Operators, Not Academics
Our team has captured federal contracts across the Department of Defense, Department of Transportation, the Intelligence Community, and state and local government. We do not teach from textbooks. We teach from win folders. Every framework we use has been tested against real evaluators, real competitors, and real acquisition timelines.
02
Deliverables, Not Slides
Every engagement produces a document you use. A scored pipeline. A capture plan. An annotated capability statement. A red team findings matrix. You do not pay for knowledge transfer. You pay for work product that moves your business forward the day you receive it.
03
Built for Small Business
We do not hand you a process designed for a 200-person BD shop and tell you to figure it out. Our methodology is adapted for teams of 1 to 20. No overhead. No bloated gate reviews. The same capture discipline that wins $50M programs, scaled to fit your team and your budget.
04
Orlando Corridor Native
We operate in the heart of Florida's defense, aerospace, and simulation corridor. We know the bases, the primes, the agencies, and the university research ecosystem here. When we advise on teaming strategy or customer engagement, we are drawing from relationships in this market, not a DC Rolodex.
05
Start Small, Scale When Ready
You do not need a $10,000 retainer to get started. Book a capability statement review for $250. Attend a Saturday intensive for $297. See the quality of the work before you commit to anything deeper. Our engagement model is designed so you can test us at low risk and grow from there.
The Process
How an Engagement Works
01
Discovery Call
Book a free 20-minute Defense-Market Fit Call. We learn where you are, what you are pursuing, and where the gaps are. No pitch. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you and point you to someone who is.
02
Scoped Engagement
We recommend the right entry point for your situation: a one-off engagement, a Saturday intensive, or a monthly retainer. Every engagement has a defined scope, a stated deliverable, and a turnaround commitment before we start.
03
Deliverable in Hand
You receive your work product within the committed turnaround. A written report, an annotated document, a populated plan. Something you open on Monday morning and put to work. Not a recording of a call. Not a slide deck. A tool.
Our Commitments
What You Can Expect
-
Honest AssessmentsIf an opportunity is not winnable, we will tell you before you spend six months chasing it. If your capability statement needs a rewrite, we will say so. We would rather lose an engagement than let you waste your bid and proposal budget on a pursuit that was dead on arrival.
-
No Recurring Lock-InRetainers have a 3-month minimum, then go month-to-month. One-off engagements are exactly that. We earn continued business by delivering results, not by trapping you in a contract.
-
Turnaround GuaranteesEvery engagement has a stated delivery window. If we say 5 business days, you will have your deliverable in 5 business days. If something changes, you will know before the deadline, not after.
-
Your Strategy Stays YoursWe do not share client pursuit details, pipeline data, or competitive intelligence across engagements. Your capture strategy is confidential. Full stop.
